I approach my fitness with an athlete's discipline, incorporating strength training 5-6 days a week to sculpt a balanced, feminine physique—a slim waist, a shapely toned lower body, and a strong upper body. My workouts are intense yet efficiently capped at 60 minutes to maximize results without overextending.

I prioritize recovery through mandatory rest days, active recovery, daily hydration, supplements, and a diet tailored to my body & and goals, ensuring optimal gut health with annual detoxes - Whole30 being my favorite.
To enhance my recovery speed, I partner with iCRYO and use their Cryo-Therapy 3-4 times a week, and Centropix using the KLOUD+ every single day pre-training and post-training.
